Myra Roche, whose father Neil Crawford was the first Pipe Major of the Mid Argyll Pipe Band, found the report, dated December 1930, about a trip to London by the Lochgilphead Juvenile Pipe Band. His report gives a fascinating, evocative insight into a past era.
